FREE UK delivery on all orders over £100. All products are discreetly packaged.
Delivery Information:Spend over £100 - Royal Mail Signed for Delivery (usually 3-5 Days Tracked) is FREE!
Kindly note we currently cannot offer a tracked or express delivery service. We are based in Jersey, Channel Islands and unfortunately all our mail now leaves the island via boat. We apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box or a padded envelope with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All orders that are dispatched with the value of £20 and higher are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This enables a fully discreet service and customers confidentiality.
Please note, ALL orders are processed before 2pm - If you order after this time, then your order will be processed the following BUSINESS working day (Monday-Friday)
If you are not at home when delivery is made, the postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you can pick up your order or how to arrange re-delivery.
Not at home for delivery ? No problem.
Feel free to provide us with your work address when checking out and we will deliver to there instead - Discreet packaging GUARANTEED!
If you are not in when delivery is made, your package will be held at your local post office depot for 7 days. After this time your package will be returned back to us, and further charges will apply to arrange a re-delivery.
