Features that we all loved from the Proto Pipe Classic but now improved. Meet the Proto Rocket pipe with a larger rounder bowl, and a swivel top and bottom lid that makes for easier cleaning plus a larger tar area to help stir and clean the pipe.
Cleaning the Pipes:
The pipes have a permanent screen in the solid brass bowl. The poker is then used to clean the pipe when the screen becomes clogged. You can clean the pipe using olive oil.

History of the Proto-Pipe
The Proto-Pipe has long been a part of American Cultural History. Made for nearly 50 years with a long and distinguished history, one year ago, the company went broke due to management problems. The company was offered to the original founder who was making the latest in the series, the Proto Rocket, Mr. Phil Jergenson, and Phil accepted!
Then it gets even more interesting. While cleaning out the shop, which was no small task, we found a large stash of brand new, original, vintage, Proto-Pipes and decided to make them available as long as the inventory lasts. These are not seconds or counterfeits but a very limited number of real, original, pristine Classic Proto-Pipes. Judging by the influx of internet and phone orders pouring in, they aren’t going to last long. As soon as they are gone, only the Proto Rocket, with some recent improvements made by Mr. Jergenson will be available. So, the Classic Proto Pipe is available once again, after being off the market for over a year, but again, only while supply lasts! This is your last chance to own an original American Classic!
